Jon:
I got over and viewed the newly redone floor and it is what I expected it should have been on the first go round. Much improved and a very professional result. Thank you for stepping up and resolving this issue in the manner you did.

I apologize if I was a bit confrontational when we met. It goes without saying that I was very disappointed with my initial impression of the project result. I am very direct as a matter of practice and try to identify exactly what issues need to be resolved and find what I presume to be a reasonable remedy for the same.
You obviously take pride in what you do and with the far superior results of the redo, I can only presume that you could see what my point of view was and new how to fix what I felt was poor initial result.
Thank you for a job well done.

Jon and his help were on time, adhered to their promised schedule. The floor is amazingly beautiful. It is almost too pretty to put your car on the surface. As the painter who followed said, "I am sure you have garage envy in your neighborhood!"

I returned from my business trip Jon and I was very pleased to see how my 3 car garage looked after you put down the metallic epoxy. The 'Tuscany Sun' look was a great color choice and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
You did a great job and I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the overall finished product.
Many Thanks -

Jon was absolutely outstanding to work with! He metallic epoxied two garages for me. The Mercury Metallic looks incredible. In fact it looks so nice I hate to drive my cars on it! Jon was a man of his word, he did what he said he would and showed to perform the work at the time he told me. It's difficult to find businesses these days who follow through with what they tell the customer. I highly recommend Quality Epoxy for any resurfacing needs. A job well done Jon. I appreciate when an individual takes pride in their work and Jon certainly does!

Got nothing but good to say about Quality Epoxy. The owner Jon and his helper did such a great Job on my garage floor that I am having him redo my patio that another contractor did here in Leisure World 6 years ago. There is no comparison as to the quality of workmanship. I can't say I have ever been so happy with the quality of work as I was with Quality Epoxy. I paid twice the amount for the contractors work 6 years ago than what I will have to pay Quality Epoxy for both the patio and the garage. Can't wait till my patio is finished.

After researching and a lot of reviews I hired Jon and Quality Epoxy to install a Chrome Metallic system (Satin Bronze) on my 3 car garage floor. Jon was helpful in answering numerous questions prior to starting the job including questions regarding the difference between a chip or metallic floor system. On the first day, Jon was punctual and ready to work. He even moved the water softener tank out of the garage, for which I was thankful. I think Jon did a great job and the floor turned out amazing !! I love the chrome metallic look. I would recommend Jon and Quality Epoxy to work on your garage or whatever project you have in mind. Great job Jon and thanks again !!

I hired Quality Epoxy to apply a satin bronze metallic epoxy to the garage floor of the home we were moving into. It turned out to be a positive experience. The owner Jon, and his wife showed up on the first day. They were both very professional, friendly and courteous. Jon explained the process in it's entirety and went through his contract in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Watching him work, you will soon realize that Jon is definitely a master craftsman. His skill level is exceptional and he knows the products he applies very well. The job went exactly as he described and was finished in a timely manner with absolutely no cleanup necessary. The floor looks awesome and I look forward to enjoying it for many years! For the price paid it was well worth the quality of the workmanship and service received.
