Not only am I impressed with the final product, I was very impressed with the way you handled the issue regarding the defective product which your supplier had provided to you. Rather than waiting for me to see a problem with the initial coating on the floor, you called me ahead of time to explain the problem and assured me that you would take care of it. True to your word, you recoated the floor and it looks great. The name of your company certainly describes the work that you do.
I would not hesitate in the least to recommend you and your services to a friend.

Normally I would never send a letter thanking someone for doing a good job. My opinion is that they should do a good job. Having said that I was so impressed with the job you did on my garage floor I felt it warranted a special thank you. Not only did you complete the job ahead of schedule it is by far the best epoxy floor I have ever seen, and I've had four garage floors epoxied.
I will certainly recommend you to any of my friends that might be considering having any floors done in epoxy. Again thank you for an excellent job.

We just got back from vacation and I wanted to answer your request for a recommendation. I hope it helps.
We did get a call from someone while we were gone - I didn't catch the name or number about looking at the job you did for us. I was not able to respond.
Jon Kopp the owner of Quality Epoxy, was very positive, straight forward, customer oriented and timely in his response to my request for getting our garage floor covered. Jon was very clear on the work to be performed and the time it would take to get the job done correctly. He was always on time, even when the job required him to be at our home at 4:15 AM to begin applying the epoxy before the sun came up. If you want the job done correctly and in your time frame go with Jon.
