Quote and Contact Form Policy

Quote and contact form

When you fill out the quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, the address where the work is to be done, phone number, email, project details (coating removal, project type, square footage), how you heard about us, and any notes.

We use this to give you a price, contact you about your project, and schedule the work. The form is sent to us by email through Resend, our email delivery service. We don't sell or share your details. The form is protected from spam bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. See the Resend privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Your area

We serve Arizona and North Dakota. To show you the right phone number and email, the site looks up which state you're browsing from (Cloudflare works this out from your internet connection; we don't see or store your address), or asks you. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again.

Floor visualizer

If you use the floor visualizer and upload a photo of your floor, the photo is used to show how any of our 4 systems (1" Flakes, Stones, Solids and Metallics) and colors would look on your floor. Only upload photos you're comfortable sharing with us.

Reviews, videos and social media

Reviews on this site are shown by Trustindex. Videos from YouTube only load when you press play. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Analytics and call tracking

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. We use CallRail call tracking, which may show a different phone number so we can see how callers found us. These tools don't tell us who you are.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services listed above that help us run the website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
